it is the blue link right under noone has started a group yet or whatever it says! It also says it up on the top right... why do I feel a blonde joke coming on?!!!

If it will be easier for you then doing a group, you can always just click the "Star Forum tab" and start the topic that way as well.
You might want to check out the "Front Page Tab" too as lots goes on there daily and you can see who's done what recently or catch up on the new stuff I have posted!
